OUR SERVICE
We believe that the difference between a good sale and a bad one is rarely the product but the quality of service provided, from good e-mail communication to the product arriving on your doorstep in a timely fashion after payment is made. We pride ourselves on responding to e-mails within 24 hours and also dispatching products within 2 to 6 working days of purchase (Monday to Friday). We will also send an e-mail to all purchasers confirming that your item has been shipped, and you can track your item by logging in to your account.

We aim to hold all items in stock. However, if sometimes a product is even more popular than we expected, there may be the occasional delay. If so, we will give you our best estimate of delivery times and endeavour to keep you informed. If a product is marked out of stock you can contact us and we will try our utmost to help you.
